Salt Harbor Services offers service calls, hourly work, flat-rate jobs, and recurring property check packages depending on the request.

Service Call: starts at $100
Technology/Diagnostic Visit: starts at $125
Hourly Work: generally billed between $80–$125/hour depending on the service
Property Check Packages: available monthly for second-home owners and property managers

For larger punch-list jobs, recurring property support, or custom requests, I provide a clear estimate before work begins.
